"ARIAFINA LABORATORY" (operated by Ariafina Co., Ltd.), a hub for co-creating the future of kitchen spaces, opened on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at "AXIS"--a mixed-use commercial facility and design hub operated by AXIS Co., Ltd. (Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Juhei Shimazaki), a company dedicated to promoting design.
ARIAFINA LABORATORY is a new facility established by ARIAFINA Co., Ltd.--the company behind the "ARIAFINA" kitchen appliance brand--to experience and test new value in kitchen spaces and to collaboratively envision the future of living. To mark the opening, the facility will unveil for the first time the actual unit and prototype of the next-generation IH cooking heater scheduled for release in March 2027. It will serve as an open space where visitors can explore ideal cooking and living environments not limited to range hoods alone, but across the entire range of kitchen appliances.

ARIAFINA LABORATORY is a place that fosters a culture of enriching daily life, starting from the kitchen. It is a "co-creation laboratory (LABORATORY)" that blends the beautiful European design alive in Italy with fresh ideas for Japan's rich lifestyle, offering insights into the future of home living and food culture.
Going beyond simply encountering products, we explore the possibilities for future kitchen spaces and lifestyles by actually touching, handling, tasting, and discussing them.
■Four Exhibition and Experience Areas to Meet a Variety of Needs
The facility consists of four exhibition and experience areas designed to cater to different purposes and types of experiences.
Design Discovery Zone (Main Exhibition Space) -- A zone where visitors can experience their ideal kitchen space, featuring appliances that reflect European trends in both island and I-shaped kitchen layouts.
Main Meeting Space: The main meeting space where you can discuss and review specific kitchen plans while viewing actual appliances and material samples.
ARIACHEFPRO Professional Zone: A hotel-style testing area equipped with commercial-grade appliances and portable stoves. This area allows professionals to evaluate usability and functionality through cooking experiments and tastings.
Innovation Room: A meeting space reminiscent of a laboratory, imbued with ARIAFINA's DNA. An invitation-only space designed for in-depth collaboration on new product development, special order proposals, and material research.
