Living Motif opened as a directly-managed shop of AXIS in 1981, at the same time as the opening of AXIS Design Center. It proposes a high-quality and enriched lifestyle through the sale of carefully selected items from all over the world, in accordance with its unique viewpoint and under the theme of “lifestyles where design matters.” The shop stretches across three levels, offering various items including household items, furniture, and business items. Shop displays are coordinated for different seasons and themes.
In addition, by taking advantage of the know-how that has been accumulated over the years, it develops a variety of businesses based in the shop, from online and museum shop operation to space proposals for corporate customers.
Living Motif Work + proposes creativity-evoking offices. It proposes workplaces as places for gathering, which consist of “work units” made by simple combinations of furniture.

The site offers a variety of contents that can be enjoyed without visiting the physical stores, such as articles featuring seasonal items linked to the shops, background stories of the products, and detailed instructions for product use. Online exclusive products are also available on a regular basis.

Le Garage opened as a directly-managed shop of AXIS in 1981, at the same time as the opening of AXIS Design Center. It offers carefully selected items from all over the world in accordance with its unique viewpoint (e.g., car wash supplies, driving gloves and shoes, car accessories, and antiques), and proposes various types of car-related entertainment.
The shop is full of items for grownups to enjoy a lifestyle with a car. A car is always displayed as a symbol of a garage shop. This car display is changed regularly, occasionally exhibiting rare cars that we wouldn’t normally see.
Online Shop
Various items for enjoying your car are available online as well as in the brick-and-mortar shop. It offers a wide range of products from particular car wash products to rare one-of-a-kind items from overseas.
Garage Coordination Service
A coordination service is available to create a garage packed with the owner’s preferences. From selecting items to be installed in the garage to determining the layout, Le Garage offers a variety of services to transform an existing garage into an ideal one.
