What sort of things does one imagine when hearing the word "archive?" Archives may be items preserved, data recorded, official documents, or stored collections in museums. The targets of archiving are expanding daily due to the advancement of digital technology. To move forward into the future, the value of archives is starting to become recognized today in Japan as well. Archives that can be said to be collections of people's thoughts, actions, and knowledge are bound to be linked deeply with creativity.

Q Project by Takahiro Ueda, Shinchosha Publishing, Takram and Yahoo! JAPAN

Writer Takahiro Ueda who won the Yukio Mishima Prize, Shincho, a representative literary magazine of Japan, Takram, and Yahoo! JAPAN joined forces to start a serial novel titled Q in the magazine and on smart phones simultaneously. From the perspectives of the writer and three other core members who each related their volition in aiming to create a new literary experience including the uniquely developed UI/UX.
